Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we aim to provide transparent and affordable options for our customers. Processing time is approximately 7 business days for your items to be shipped. Boutique style clothing have a longer time frame if the item is not on hand at our shop.
We are not responsible for any packages that are misdelivered or lost. Please reach out to us if something is misdelivered or lost and we can help assist with any issues that may arise.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sweet and Salty Creations. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind unless item has already been shipped. Whether you've changed your mind or need a different size, our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and we are here to address any concerns you may have regarding returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make every interaction with Sweet and Salty Creations TX a positive experience. Once an item has already been shipped a refund/exchange will not be issued until the product is returned in original, non-altered condition.
All custom orders and boutique items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to item already being ordered or made. All of our items are made to order so our process starts as soon as your purchase is made.
If there is a defect with your item, you must email Sweet and Salty Creations within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered). After the 2 days the defect will become wear and tear, and the defect/wrong item delivered will not be refunded and becomes yours to keep.
Please keep in mind clothing colors and designs may have a slightly different color than what is pictured due to lighting. Each item is handmade so each item may differ slightly.
